Since then, I have been working as a specialist in the sale of single-family homes, both new construction and existing properties, and land/lot sales. I have pursued real estate education beyond the licensing requirements by earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations in addition to being a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI). I certify annually as an Ethics Instructor and fulfill continuing education requirements bi-annually. I am a member of the RE/MAX International 100% Club and qualify yearly for awards recognizing multi-million dollars in volume of real estate listed and sold. My other accreditations include CDPE, SFR and ePro.
